# Contact IXO

> How to reach IXO for support, technical questions, documentation corrections and security reports.

Every channel below is monitored by the IXO team. Pick the one that matches what you need — it will get you an answer faster than a general enquiry.

## Documentation

Errors in these docs are treated as bugs. Report them at [github.com/ixoworld/ixo-docs/issues](https://github.com/ixoworld/ixo-docs/issues), including the page URL and what is wrong. If you prefer email, send the same detail to [assistant@ixo.world](mailto:assistant@ixo.world).

Every page also carries a **Copy page** control that yields the exact Markdown source, which is the most useful thing to attach to a report.

## Security

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in IXO software or infrastructure, please report it privately to [assistant@ixo.world](mailto:assistant@ixo.world) rather than opening a public issue. Include the affected component, the steps to reproduce, and the impact you observed. Please give the team a reasonable window to investigate and ship a fix before disclosing publicly.

## Elsewhere

The organisation is IXO World AG — see [About](/about) for what it builds, and [Privacy](/privacy) for how this documentation site handles data.
