Every channel below is monitored by the IXO team. Pick the one that matches what you need — it will get you an answer faster than a general enquiry.
Support and general enquiries
General support, access questions, and anything you are not sure where to send.
(opens in a new tab)ixo@ixo.worldTechnical contact for the APIs, listed in the Emerging Platform API description.
(opens in a new tab)Developer channels
Ask build questions and talk to the engineers working on the stack.
(opens in a new tab)GitHubSource code for the protocol, SDKs, oracles and platform services.
(opens in a new tab)Documentation
Errors in these docs are treated as bugs. Report them at github.com/ixoworld/ixo-docs/issues, including the page URL and what is wrong. If you prefer email, send the same detail to assistant@ixo.world.
Every page also carries a Copy page control that yields the exact Markdown source, which is the most useful thing to attach to a report.
Security
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in IXO software or infrastructure, please report it privately to assistant@ixo.world rather than opening a public issue. Include the affected component, the steps to reproduce, and the impact you observed. Please give the team a reasonable window to investigate and ship a fix before disclosing publicly.
